After leaving my previous company, I knew I needed a change. I was burnt out, uninspired by the trajectory I was on, and my career materials—resume, LinkedIn, search strategy were outdated. That’s when I turned to Career Propulsion (CP), and from the start, their approach reignited my motivation.

I had the pleasure of working with Jen, a fantastic coach with years of executive experience who truly understood what I was going through. With CP’s help, I was able to clearly define the kind of work I wanted to pursue, identify my target companies, and pinpoint the ideal role and level within each, especially helpful since titles and leveling can vary so much between organizations.

Once I had clarity on direction, Jen and I met several times a week to overhaul my LinkedIn profile and resume. Empowers you to get what you want out of your career
The CP program is excellent for those of you looking to transition in your careers, and potentially take a big step ahead. It worked very well for me in helping me jump a few levels ahead and land a role at a company i wanted to join but previously thought would be incredibly difficult to do.

The principles underneath it all works very well in that it helps you build relationships in a very short amount of time and have a new role created for you. Which is infinitely more efficient than the standard 'applying online' method that people use to find a new job.

For anyone looking to find a new job, I would highly recommend trying it out.

I came to Career Propulsion because I was at a loss. I had strong academic qualifications but had followed a winding career path after business school, working in strategy and operations for the government before transitioning to sales and customer success at a startup. I struggled to present my narrative in a way that made sense to potential employers, and despite countless applications and emails, I wasn’t getting any traction.

Jeremy connected me with some amazing coaches. While some services they provide, like LinkedIn and resume optimization, could theoretically be handled by an AI bot, the coaches were invaluable in helping me craft a cohesive narrative that tied together my work and personal experiences. Before Career Propulsion, I saw my diverse career as a disadvantage, believing it prevented me from building the right profile. However, after working with the coaches, I realized that my varied background positioned me perfectly for a special projects or chief of staff role. TL;DR: My experience with Career Propulsion was so impactful that I encouraged my wife to join and it transformed her career too.

I first encountered Jeremy’s program at a Wharton alumni event. His unique perspective on the job market, understanding that it is a market, resonated deeply with me. He emphasized that while having a better “product” (your skills and experience) is important, it alone doesn’t determine success. That insight convinced me to work with his team.
